About ordering

I would like to cancel my order.

Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations, except in the following cases:

・If the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.

If you find a defect in the product, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please also contact us using the inquiry form if you wish to cancel before shipment.

Can I change or add to my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order, as your order will be reflected in the shipping system as soon as possible after it has been confirmed. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

We are truly sorry.
We cannot change the payment method for your order.

Can I return or exchange items?

Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.

When you receive the product, please first check to make sure that there are no defects and that the product matches your order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago.

I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

If you do not receive emails from our store, it may be for the following reasons:

(1) It has been treated as spam.
Your email system may automatically treat Lazy Styles emails as spam. Please check your spam folder.

(2) The spam filter is set to not allow you to receive emails.
If you are using spam mail protection on your mobile phone, your settings may be set to prevent you from receiving emails from Lazy Styles.
The domain of emails sent from Lazy Styles is "@lazy-styles.com".
Order confirmation emails and various e-mail newsletters will also be sent from the above domain, so please be sure to set your email settings to allow receiving e-mails from the above domain.

(3) The email address you registered is incorrect. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please let us know your correct email address via the inquiry form .

Can you issue an invoice and receipt?

In consideration of the natural environment through going paperless and protecting personal information, we do not include a delivery note.
Please note that the "Order Confirmation Email" will be your purchase details.

Delivery Information

The product has not arrived.

For items that are in stock, we will ship within 2-3 business days after confirming your order.

Please check whether you have received the shipping completion email and then check the delivery status using the shipping slip number, or contact us via the inquiry form with your order number.

When will the product be shipped?

For items that are in stock, we will ship within 2-3 business days after confirming your order.

Please note that in the case of a large number of orders or depending on the delivery area and road conditions, it may take longer than usual to deliver your order.

Can I change the desired delivery date and time?

Changes can only be made before the product is shipped if you contact us using the inquiry form .
If you wish to change the delivery date and time after the product has been shipped, or to change the shipping information, please check the shipping slip number listed in the email and contact Sagawa Express directly.

Can I send to multiple addresses?

Please note that we only allow one delivery address per order.
If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

I received a different product or quantity than what I ordered.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the inquiry form . When you contact us, please let us know your order number.

Returns Policy

I want to know the procedure for returning an item.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product. *Please see the Return and Refund Policy for detailed return procedures excluding some items.

How do I check/change my registered membership information (shipping address and email address)?

You can check and change your delivery address from your My Page.
Since you cannot change your email address from My Page,

I can't log in. (I don't know my ID/password)

Your login ID will be the email address you registered.
If you do not know your ID, please contact us using the inquiry form .

If you do not know your login password, please enter the email address you used to register your account.
You can reissue your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?" on the site login screen.

How do I cancel my membership?
