Refund policy
Basically, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the delivered product is defective.
When you receive your order, please check to make sure that there are no defects in the product and that there are no differences from what you ordered.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of merchandise that has been in our store for more than 7 days.
Please note that we may not be able to accept your return or exchange if you send it back after the return/exchange period has passed.
《In the case of a defect in our store》
If any of the reasons below applies to your return, we will pay the return shipping costs (cash on delivery).
- The product you received is not what you ordered.
- The quantity is different
- There is a flaw or damage (initial defect, etc.)
《Cases in which we do not accept returns》
Products that cannot be accepted for return are as follows

- Merchandise that has been in the customer's possession for more than 8 days
- Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or cleaned
- Cancellation by the customer after the order has been shipped
- Products that are damaged, stained, or lost
Products that have smells, stains, or scratches caused by the customer
- Products that are different from the image, or you do not like the product
- Merchandise (including the box and accessories) that is in a very different condition from when it was delivered when it was returned to us

《How to return an item》
First, please contact us by e-mail using the “Contact Us” form.
When contacting us, please provide the following information
1. your name and order number
2. date of order
3. date of delivery

Reason for return
Please return the item(s) with shipping charges collect, and only if the item(s) is found to be defective will it be returned for an exchange or refund. We appreciate your understanding.
