About Shipping

We use Sagawa Express as our delivery company.
Customers are responsible for forwarding charges for items to a delivery address other than the one specified at the time of order.
Please note that the customer cannot specify the delivery company.


About shipping charges

Shipping is free for orders of 10,000 yen (tax included) or more.
For remote islands, additional charges such as relay fees may be required.

Nationwide (excluding Okinawa and remote islands)	660 yen
Okinawa and remote islands	1,320 yen

About changing the shipping date

We do not accept any change or specification of the shipping date or delivery date after the order is confirmed.
If you wish to check the status of your parcel or change the delivery information, please contact Sagawa Express directly after confirming the parcel slip number shown in the e-mail.
